Custom 2 Channel Data Logger Systems

Omni Instruments can build large or small, tailor made data logger systems for a variety of unique applications. Above is a compact system designed for submersible load measurement, the customer required to monitor the load, both tension and compression, of an underwater chain. The above system features a two channel data logger and lithium battery pack in a waterproof enclosure which will run for a minimum of one year. The enclosure is also fitted with robust connectors for attaching the load cells, as well as a see through lid for downloading the data and checking the logging status, no need to open the box!

TCW120B Ethernet Controller
The Teracom TCW120B Ethernet controller allows you to cost effectively add web based, remote monitoring to a variety of sensors via its dual analogue inputs. It also features two relay outputs for basic controls and a 1-Wire input for a temperature probe. The easy to use web based configuration screen allows quick setup of your channels and alarms, which can trigger the relay outputs and/or send an email. SNMP protocol is also supported out of the box, allowing more complex web based monitoring installations will multiple units.

OMNI-TUF-200F Ultrasonic Flow Meter Refresh

Our popular, low cost, wall mount ultrasonic flow meter is now available in its second revision. Building on the performance of the previous model, the new version adds additional communication options, improved energy monitoring and a new, smaller, case with an easy to use front keypad which can be operated without opening the door. As with the previous model, the keypad can be locked by setting your own PIN number and the display can be programmed to display various values such as flow rate, meter status, running time and net, positive and negative flow totals.
Our ultrasonic time of flight flow meter can easily be installed and used in a variety of applications which have a clean liquid flow. Mediums such as water, oil and various chemical mixtures can be accurately measured. Almost all types of pipe materials are supported including PVC, schedule 40, copper iron, stainless steel and many more. Outputs include relay alarms, MODBUS, 4-20mA and pulse are standard, as well as two analogue inputs and RTD’s. Thermal energy monitoring is included as standard allowing you to constantly monitor your plants efficiency. A built in data logger allows for stand alone operation.
